Prince Faisal Places Cornerstone for Al-Shifaa Hospital in Bisha

With God's grace, under the auspices of his royal highness the governor of Asir Province, Prince Faisal Bin Khalid Bin Abdulaziz places the foundation stone of Al-Shifaa Hospital to become the biggest hospital of its kind in the province of Bisha, Saudi Arabia.

The hospital will be built over an area of approximately 21 thousand square meters. It will be 9 stories high, and will include 25 departments with over 150 hospital beds and 59 outpatient clinics.

Al-Shifaa hospital will be providing state of the art technology in medical services for the residents of Bisha province as well as its neighboring areas which include Al-Namas, Raniah, Tathleeth, Bal-Qarn and Wadi Al-Dawaser.

Moreover, the number of employees working in the hospital is expected to exceed 500 employees. The annual number of patients visiting the hospital is expected to be 240,000 visits, while that of the inpatient is expected to be 12,000 patients.

Furthermore, the hospital will be fully equipped with Operating Rooms, Laboratories, X-Ray rooms, to guarantee the integrity of medical services provided for its visitors.
